Rewatching the Broncos game it is kind of shocking that the Bills were still able to force overtime. Their defense was terrible. There was never any pass rush and the Broncos receivers seemed to constantly have these wide berths to make uncontested catches. Allen made a bonehead play at the end of the first half, but the issue there was the stupid play call with 16 seconds left on their own 30. Why on earth would you call a play there and not just take a knee? Of course Allen is going to try to pull off a miracle in that situation. You have to know your player. The real killer was Cook’s fumble that killed a promising drive. Having said that, Allen and Cook were still the best players on the field for the Bills.
