I was fortunate enough to meet Jim Kelly in 1992. He was in some pain & discomfort, had hardly slept and was on a deadline to catch an international flight. He had agreed to give me an interview days before. Despite his situation he gave me a great interview and graciously thanked me for going out of my way to talk to him.
Given the bad hand that fate has thrown Jim Kelly in his personal life and his health, if Jim Harbaugh wants to show how tough he is and what sort of man he is, he should gently shake Kelly's hand, apologise and move on.
